Role of Office Administrator:

Panelto is seeking to appoint an Office Administrator on a part-time basis. The role will support management for approximately twenty hours per week, four hours daily, Monday to Friday. The role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who would like to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Experience/Skills:

Meticulous, proactive and enthusiastic, you must be able to tactfully deal with a range of situations. You must also have meticulous attention to detail, an organised approach and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills are a prerequisite for the successful candidate along with the required skills set as outlined below: 


  • PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Fast typing skills with a high degree of accuracy - audio and copy

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Prioritising work using time management and organisational skills

  • Excellent administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks

  • A high degree of enthusiasm and adaptability

  • Reliability / Flexibility to work outside normal working hours if requested

  • A working knowledge of SAP would be a definite advantage but not essential


Key Accountabilities:

  • Providing typing and secretarial service to a leadership team

  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times, provide all aspects of administrative support, from diary management to making travel and accommodation arrangements

  • Liaise and build relationships with clients and internal divisions on behalf of the team

  • Maintaining weekly management and secretarial planner – collate and distribute

  • Create PowerPoint charts, spreadsheets, accounts and general typing.

  • Filing – responsibility for office filing requirements (paper and electronic)

  • The successful candidate may also provide general assistance in the operational activities of the other departments supporting the day-to-day requirements as needed.
